Prompts are often short, functional instructions, and similar ideas independently occur to many people. Copyright protects a specific expression, not the underlying idea or technique. If your concern is plagiarism of a paid pack, misattribution or a broken preview, our Content Policy may resolve it faster than a formal notice.

Send your notice to legal@promptsleeve.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". To be valid it must include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL of each prompt or preview you want removed.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may be delayed while we ask for the missing details.

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the reported material where appropriate, and notify the contributor with a copy of the notice so they can respond. We keep a record of every notice we receive.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including:

• Your signature, name, address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which PromptSleeve may be found), and agreement to accept service of process from the complainant.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding a valid counter-notice, unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are suspended or terminated. Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
