Terms of Service

By accessing PromptSleeve, creating an account, copying a prompt or submitting content, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Content Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, if higher) to create an account. If you use PromptSleeve on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.

PromptSleeve is a curated library of prompts for AI models and generators, organised by model, use case and industry. Access to browse, copy and save prompts is free and we intend to keep it that way.

The service is funded by advertising and sponsorships. By using PromptSleeve you accept that pages may contain clearly labelled ads and sponsored placements. See our Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure for details.

When using PromptSleeve, you agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the library to build a competing dataset or product.
• Use bots, automated agents or credential sharing to circumvent rate limits or account requirements.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach our security, or probe, scan or overload our infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person, brand or PromptSleeve staff.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringes someone else's rights.
• Interfere with, obscure, block or artificially inflate advertising or sponsorship placements.

Any prompt you submit stays in a review queue until a moderator approves it. Approval is discretionary: we may approve, edit for clarity and formatting, reject, unpublish or remove any submission at any time, with or without notice, including for reasons set out in our Content Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to submit each prompt, that it is your own work or properly licensed, and that any preview image or video you attach was genuinely produced with the prompt you submitted.

Moderation is a human process operating at scale. We do not warrant that every published prompt is accurate, original or fit for any particular purpose.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting content you grant PromptSleeve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish, distribute, translate and display that content in connection with operating, improving and promoting PromptSleeve.

This licence lets us show your prompt to the public, include it in search results, newsletters and social posts, and keep it available after you delete your account unless you ask us to remove the specific submission.

Prompts published on PromptSleeve may be copied and used for personal and commercial projects at no cost. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

You may not, however:

• Republish the library or substantial portions of it as your own prompt pack, product or dataset.
• Resell prompts as standalone paid products.
• Use our name, logo or branding to imply endorsement.

Preview images and videos are supplied by contributors for illustration and are not licensed for separate redistribution.

PromptSleeve is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, Stability AI, Runway or any other model provider. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe which model a prompt targets.

Whenever you run a prompt, you are bound by that provider's own terms, usage policies and pricing. It is your responsibility to comply with them. See our AI Content Disclaimer.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention or that any specific prompt will remain available.

PromptSleeve is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that prompts will produce any particular output, result, ranking, revenue or outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptSleeve and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptSleeve from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of content you submit, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections covering licences you have granted, disclaimers, liability and indemnity survive termination.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
